BEST DECISION I MADE

Keith and his team are the best in the city! They treated me like family. I was so worried when I first walked into his doors. He made me feel great. His team kept me updated on everything. If I had questions for anything they answered me. They always called to check on me and my family. They handled everything from started to finish. A Cut Above

You want an attorney that will go above and beyond without you having to ask. Unbeknownst to me, when the insurance company followed up a couple of months or so later with Keith to find out if we thought our settlement was fair (and it was), Keith was quick to inject a bit of humor, mixed with candor, that came across impressive enough to secure me a little “extra” for my claim. And just like that, I had Christmas in September. Predictability in understanding the negotiations and limitations of insurance companies matters. Relationships matter. An attorney who is able to garner the respect of adjustors based on his integrity, knowledge and work ethic speaks volumes in an insurance climate that is inundated with entertaining and slapstick showmanship to lure in clientele. I’m not a gimmicky person. My spouse and I (together) have had two lawsuits with Keith representing us as Plaintiffs in both litigations. As of this review, one has been settled out of court and the other is still in the discovery phase. Since my first conversation with Keith, he has been nothing less than superb in his demeanor, diligence, and communications (orally and in writing between my spouse/myself, the Court, and other attorneys) working on our cases. His background in the USMC and graduating the top of his class in law school shows in his work on a constant basis leaving nothing left un-turned. So Glad I Called Keith

I have done plumbing work for Keith and knew he was a lawyer. I’m not the suing type but I got rear ended and the insurance company wasn’t being fair so I called Keith. Within a few months, Keith got me everything I needed to fix my work truck and trailer and pay my doctor bill. He kept me in the loop all the way and his fee was very fair (25%). I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer.

Best Attorney I Ever Hired

I hired Keith Magness to settle a real estate case whereas the plaintiff wrongfully sued me for fraud. Although we had written proof that we fully disclosed all requested and required information the lawsuit went into action. The plaintiff wanted something else done for them after they purchased the home.

Keith Magness was so knowledgeable and confident that he put my mind at ease. While representing me, Keith discovered that the city was also making claims that I had the apartment built without permits. We are going back to the 80’s and the city lost most of the permit records during Katrina. Now Keith had to defend us against the city. He knew exactly what to do. He also told us what we had to do on our end to strengthen our case. We got signatures from neighbors backing our claims. He personally attained approval from the city for a variance to appease the plaintiff. This was above and beyond on his part. He saw this thing to the end. Once his work was done the plaintiff wanted to continue to find wrongdoings. Having had enough I decided to go to court and before I knew it Keith had the case settled, putting an end to their accusations. Keith also advised me against pursuing any legal action that I would more than likely not win. His fees were fair. He kept me up to date on all matters. I was proactive in communicating with Keith throughout the lawsuit and I know for a fact that he was not dragging out any matters. His energy was fully to put this lawsuit to an end. And he did. I cannot say enough about this attorney except that I hope I never need him again. But if I do I know to call Keith Magness.
