If you’ve been injured in an auto accident speak to Keith, a top-rated injury attorney, to ensure you are treated fairly by the insurance company and get the maximum compensation you deserve.
We know being involved in an auto accident can be a traumatic event. And it’s difficult to know exactly what do to and how to navigate the at-times complex process of dealing with insurance companies, getting the medical care you need, repairing your vehicle, and more. Having an experienced and compassionate car accident lawyer on your side to aggressively fight the insurance company is critical. You only have one chance to recover the full and fair compensation you deserve to pay your medical bills, pain and suffering, and lost wages from missing work. Keith and his legal team will ensure you receive top-notch legal service along with every cent you deserve. And you pay nothing and until we win your case.
The Insurance Company Wants to Minimize Your Compensation
After you’ve been involved in a motor vehicle accident you are more than likely going to be speaking with a representative from the insurance company. But don’t be fooled. While they may sound friendly and like they want to help you, the reality is that they are not on your side. They work for the insurance company; and their goal is give you as little compensation as possible. As friendly as they may be, that’s just the reality of the situation. The way to ensure that you are treated fairly in the process is have experienced legal representation working as a shield for you. Once you have an attorney, two things happen: 1) you no longer have to handle the insurance company or any of the other issues that may arise in the course of handling your claim; and 2) you will have someone representing your interests above all, to see that you receive the full and fair compensation that you deserve following your accident.
Pay Nothing, Until You Win
Our policy is simple: you pay us nothing until we successfully resolve your case. That means you’ll have the full support of the experienced legal team at the Law Office of Keith L. Magness working for you. And you pay absolutely nothing until we reach a fair settlement from the insurance company or a successful verdict at trial. This includes all fees and expenses associated with handling your claim. How does this work? We work on what is known as a “contingency.” Meaning, that the payment of attorney fees is contingent upon receiving a financial recovery for you. Simply put, no recovery for you = no fees for us. Thus our incentive is fully aligned with getting you every dollar you rightfully deserve.

In legalese it is known as quantum meriut, which means “as much as he deserves.” With our guarantee, if you don’t enjoy working with us or feel you are not receiving the quality of service you deserve, you have the freedom to move on without any financial liabilities to us. See below for all three of our exclusive guarantees…
My Exclusive Guarantees to You
Having personally gone through the legal process myself following motor vehicle accidents for both my mother and father, I experienced firsthand the frustration of dealing with the insurance company and New Orleans personal injury attorneys. So when I opened my own practice, I determined I was going to do things differently. I wanted to make the process as easy and fair as possible for my clients; and that they would not only receive outstanding client service, but honest treatment by the insurance company.
I believe my clients deserve a “wow” client service experience. To achieve that, I provide three exclusive guarantees to all my clients:
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with how we are handling your case, you can walk away and we will waive our fee
We Guarantee to Put More Money In Your Pocket Than the Insurance Company First Offered You
And if we can’t, we will reduce or waive our fees entirely
You Will Receive a Financial Recovery Regardless of the Cost of Medical Bills
Otherwise we will reduce or waive our attorney fees
